Do you offer assembly services?

Some items may include optional assembly. This will be shown on the product page if available.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of any damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK mainland.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
